Partners in Service – Enriching Youth, Expanding Opportunity

The Oklahoma Serves AmeriCorps program partners with non-profits statewide to enrich youth and expand opportunity. The goal of the program is to increase academic engagement for Oklahoma's youth. AmeriCorps members serving in the Oklahoma Serves program works with youth in after-school and out-of-school time activities. Service activities include academic tutoring, arts education, equestrian therapy, health and fitness education, mentoring, and volunteer recruitment and management.

In 2018, Oklahoma Serves placed 32 AmeriCorps members at non-profit organizations serving children and youth. Members serving with the Oklahoma Serves program must have a passion for working with children and a desire to serve their community.

Oklahoma Serves is currently partnered with 12 non-profit agencies throughout Oklahoma, including sites in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Norman, Bartlesville, Drumright, Coyle, Okmulgee, and Swink. We can connect you with passionate, service-minded individuals.
